摘要
本技术是臭气经过预处理工艺和终端的生物除臭工艺,把病死禽畜无害化处理产生的臭气浓度高达几万的恶臭,最终处理到臭气浓度500以下,臭气去除率≥95%以上。2017年12月,在深圳市郁南环境园深圳市城市废物处置中心卫生处理厂建成的除臭系统工程,处理风量达到:20×104m3/h。除臭系统至今运行稳定良好,为我国城市管理中解决病死禽畜无害化处理除臭难题树立了工业榜样,也为大风量生物滤池的设计积累了实践经验。
This technology is a biological deodorization process through pretreatment and terminal. It can treat the odor produced by innocuous treatment of sick and dead livestock as high as tens of thousands of odors. Finally, the odor concentration is below 500, and the odor removal rate is more than 95 %. In December2017, a deodorization system project was built in Shenzhen Municipal Waste Disposal Center Sanitary Treatment Plant of Yunan Environmental Park, Shenzhen City.The air volume of the deodorization system reached 20×104 m3/h. The deodorization system has been running steadily so far, which has set an industrial example for solving the problem of deodorization of harmless treatment of dead and sick livestock in urban management in China, and accumulated practical experience for the design of high-volume biological filter.
