Talking about the Causes and Solutions of Urban Highway Noise Pollution Complaints——Taking Guangzhou City as an Example

本文分析了广州市高速公路噪声污染投诉发生的成因,提出了交通噪声污染投诉的解决方案:修订相关法律法规、技术规范文件并将相关要求予以落实;压实部门责任;结合噪声污染防治经验,优化整改方案;落实噪声跟踪监测,做好信息公开和群众沟通工作。

This paper analyzes the causes of noise pollution complaints in Guangzhou highway, and proposes solutions for traffic noise pollution complaints:amend relevant laws, regulations and technical specifications documents which should be implemented;compact departmental responsibility;combine noise pollution prevention experience, optimize the rectification plan;implement noise tracking and monitoring, and do well in information disclosure and mass communication.
