本研究主要结合理论和实际,对"重庆环保"政务微信现状情况进行了分析,发现"重庆环保"政务微信主要问题存在于服务性、互动性和部分版块分类三个方面。最后,针对存在的主要问题提出了"重庆环保"政务微信设计优化相关建议。

This paper introduces the present condition of Chongqing government micro message. Through analyzing, the author finds three problems on its service, interactive quality and classification in some sections. At last, proper advice on optimum design for Chongqing government micro message are put forward.
