随着环保要求不断提高和节能降耗的需求,大榭石化220万吨/年DCC装置在首次开工过程中通过技术改造、提前启动气压机、喷油后优化操作等具体措施,实现了开工不放火炬的目地,达到清洁生产、节能降耗的目的。

With the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements and the demand for energy saving and consumption reduction, Daxie Petrochemical’s 2.2 million tons/year DCC unit achieved specific conditions during the first start of construction through technical transformation, early start of air pressure, and optimized operation after fuel injection. The purpose of the torch is to achieve clean production, energy saving and consumption reduction.
