摘要
PSA变压吸附单元是中海石油建滔化工有限公司日产2000吨甲醇装置的一部分。PSA变压吸附单元设计是为了从甲醇合成回路来的原料气中回收氢气。本文主要从操作系数、原料气组分、吸附剂性能对变压吸附的影响因素进行分析,从而找出比较优化的工艺条件。
