摘要
通过吹扫捕集—气相色谱/质谱法监测水中苯系物及卤代烃,对吹扫时间、解吸温度、解吸时间等吹扫条件进行优化。在最优条件下,各组分的校准曲线线性相关系数为0.9955~0.9999,加标回收率为88.2%~113.8%,相对标准偏差为0.8%~4.9%,具有较好的线性关系、良好的重现性、较高的准确度和精密度。
25 kinds of bens and volatile halogenated hydrocarbons were monitored with purge-and-trap coupled with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry.Under the optimized conditions, components acquired linear correlation coefficient of 0.9955~0.9999, recovery of 88.2 %~113.8 % and relative standard deviation of0.8 %~.9 %
