摘要
采用快速溶剂萃取-气相色谱/质谱法对奶粉中18种多氯联苯进行了快速溶剂萃取测定。通过优化快速溶剂萃取条件,减少了组份的损失;通过改变气质联用仪器条件,选取了最佳测定参数,对18种多氯联苯进行了快速分离测定。该方法具有操作简便、灵敏度高、检出限低、快速、溶剂消耗少等优点,对奶粉中多氯联苯的检出限为0.15~0.85μg/kg;加标回收率为70.9%~100.1%。
Rapid solvent extraction-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was used to determine 18 polychlorinated biphenyls in milk powder. By optimizing the conditions of rapid solvent extraction, the loss of components was reduced. By changing the conditions of gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS), the optimum parameters were selected for the rapid separation and determination of 18 PCBs. The method has the advantages of simple operation, high sensitivity, low detection limit, rapidity and less solvent consumption. The detection limit for PCBs in milk powder is 0.15~0.85 ug/kg, and the recovery is 70.9 %~100.1 %.
