电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定人尿中铅 被引量:2

摘要 取新鲜晨尿,采用三酸前处理方法,建立电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)检测人尿中铅含量的检测方法。实验结果表明,铅含量在0.1~10 ug/mL范围内,校准曲线的相关系数为0.9999,加标回收率在96.2%~106.2%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差低于8.49%。实验方法应用人尿实际样品的测定,测定值与双硫棕比色法测得结果相吻合,能够更好的满足人尿中铅含量测试需要。 A method for determination of lead conten in human urine by inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry(ICP-AES) was established by using a triacid pretreatment method, after taking fresh morning urine. The experimental results showed that the lead content was in the range of 0.1~10 ug/mL, the correlation coefficient of the calibration curve was 0.9999, the recoveries of the standard addition are between 96.2 % and 106.2 %, and the relative standard deviation of the determination results was less than 8.49 %. The proposed method was applied to the determination of the actual samples of human urine, and the found values were consistent with the results measured by the disulfide brown colorimetric method,and it could better meet the needs of the lead content test in human urine.
