摘要 采用湿法消解法处理样品,建立原子吸收光谱法测定甘肃野生鹿角菜、蕨菜样品中3种生命活动所必须的矿物元素(钙、镁、锌)含量,研究结果表明:该方法的样品测定结果 RSD小于1.02%,实验回收率在94.30%~103.25%,具有良好的准确度和精确度。此外,3种野生蔬菜中矿物质含量丰富,尤其以镁、锌等矿物质元素含量最多,为其进一步加工利用提供一定的理论依据。 3 kinds of mineral elements including Ca, Mg and Zn in latiusculumm from Gansu province. were detected by the atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS)after the samples were digested by wet digestion methods.This method exhibited spike recoveries for 3 mineral elements from 94.30% ~103.25 % and RSDs of sample results was less than 1.02 %, with good accuracy and precision. In addition,the experimental results indicate that there were abundant elements in two kinds of wild vegetables, especially rich in Mg, Zn. to provide some theoretical basis for further processing and utilization.
