摘要
测定了产于吉林省集安市的中药材虎杖中总砷和无机砷的含量。讨论了各种因素对测定的影响,并优化了实验测试条件。采用氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定总砷与无机砷的含量。测试曲线在0~0.1μg/mL范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9979,检出限为0.071 ng/mL。样品中总砷与无机砷的回收率分别为90.5%和86.3%。此方法简便、快速且灵敏度高,用本方法测定样品达到满意结果。
The content of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in Giant Knotweed Rhizome that was grown in JiAn of Jilin province was determined. All working conditions that influenced this experiment were discussed and the analytical conditions were optimized. The content of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic was determined by HG-AFS. The detection limits of this method were 0.071 ng/mL, and the linear correlation coefficient was 0.9979 in the range of 0~0.1 μg/mL. This method was rapid, simple and accurate with high sensitivity. The recovery of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic were 90.5 % and 86.3 %, respectively. A satisfied result was obtained by using this method to determinate samples.
