摘要
以甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯和肉桂酰氯为原料,合成了甲基丙烯酰氧乙基肉桂酸酯(CEMA),进一步选用甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯(DMAEMA)和CEMA为主要单体制备了系列共聚物水凝胶。通过红外光谱对所得水凝胶的结构进行了确认,通过改变温度、pH值和光照等条件对水凝胶的溶胀行为进行了表征。以水杨酸为模型药物,进行了药物负载与释放行为研究,发现随着交联剂用量的减少,共聚物水凝胶的载药量从102.1 mg/g增加到221.6 mg/g,共聚物水凝胶中的水杨酸呈现平稳释放,8 h后系列共聚物水凝胶的释放量分别达到51.9%、46.0%、43.1%、36.9%和30.7%。
Methacryloxyethyl cinnamate(CEMA) was synthesized from hydroxyethyl methacrylate and cinnamoyl chloride. A series of copolymer hydrogels were prepared by using dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate(DMAEMA) and CEMA as main monomers. The structure of the hydrogel was confirmed by infrared spectroscopy. The swelling behavior of the hydrogel was characterized by changing the temperature, pH value and UV irradiation. With salicylic acid as model drug,drug loading and release behavior were studied. It was found that the drug loading of copolymer hydrogel increased from 102.1 mg/g to 221.6 mg/g with the decrease of crosslinking agent,and showed stable release. After 8 hours, the release of series copolymer hydrogels reached 51.9 %, 46.0 %, 43.1 %, 36.9 % and 30.7 %,respectively.
