摘要
本文研究以氯化胆碱-乙二醇为低共融溶剂制备的钴离子介导印迹整体柱对绿原酸的保留行为。通过调整致孔剂比例、功能单体种类及比例、介导离子含量,研究最佳制备参数。最终选择的溶剂为二甲基亚砜/氯化胆碱-乙二醇/1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(1200∶1200∶1600,v/v),混合功能单体为1-乙烯基-3-乙基咪唑四氟硼酸盐/4-乙烯基吡啶(1∶1)。当模板分子∶钴离子∶功能单体∶交联剂为1∶1∶4∶20时,整体柱对绿原酸的保留效果最佳。
In this paper, the retention of chlorogenic acid in cobalt ion-mediated imprinted monolithic column prepared with choline chloride and ethylene glycol as low eutectic solvent was studied. The optimum preparation parameters were studied by adjusting the type of pore-forming agent and the content of proportional functional monomers.The final solvent selected was dimethyl sulfoxide/choline chloride-ethylene glycol/1-butyl-3-methyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate(1200∶1200∶1600, v/v), and the mixed functional monomer was 1-vinyl-3-ethyl imidazole tetrafluoroborate/4-vinyl pyridine(1∶1).When the template molecule:cobalt ion: functional monomer: crosslinking agent is 1∶1∶4∶20, the monolithic column has the best retention effect on chlorogenic acid.
