摘要
测试了去离子水磷酸盐缓冲液或富氢水磷酸盐缓冲液、酪氨酸酶溶液、L-DOPA溶液在6min内的OD值,探索富氢水对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。结果显示,在6 min内去离子水体系和富氢水体系的OD值均有所上升,表明该段时间的黑色素含量一直增加,而在每分钟时间节点,富氢水体系测出的OD值均低于去离子水体系的OD值,表明富氢水体系的黑色素含量较去离子水体系的OD值低,进一步说明富氢水抑制了酪氨酸酶的活性,在6 min内的抑制率可达31.76%。
The OD value of deionized water phosphate buffer or hydrogen-rich water phosphate buffer, tyrosinase solution and L-DOPA solution in 6 min was tested to explore the inhibitory effect of hydrogen-rich water on tyrosinase activity. The results showed that the OD values of the deionized water system and the hydrogen-rich water system increased in 6 min, indicating that the melanin content increased all the time in this period, and the OD value measured by the hydrogen-rich water system was lower than the deionized water system, which indicates that the melanin content of the hydrogen-rich water system is lower than that of the deionized water system, further indicating that the hydrogen-rich water inhibits the activity of tyrosinase and the inhibition rate is up to 31.76 % in this 6 min.
