摘要
通过膨胀型阻燃剂对聚丙烯(PP)进行改性,主要研究了使用不同挤出设备结构(长径比)及生产工艺(主侧喂料)实验对比,对熔体流动速率,拉伸强度,弯曲模量,冲击强度,阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:使用44︰1的长径比、通过侧喂料方式挤出时,材料的综合性能最优。
Polypropylene(PP) was modified by halogen-free intumescent flame retardant(IFR) and the influences of the Extruding Machine(Different Length-diameter) and Extrusion Process(feeding mode) on the properties [melt flow rate(MFR), tensile strength, flexural modulus, impact property,flame retardance)of halogen-free intumescent flame retardant PP materials were researched. The results show that. The best performance of the material is received by using the following extruding machine and process conditions: the Length-diameter is selection as 44︰1, the feeding mode is selection as Side feeding.
