摘要
油田污水处理是注水生产的关键所在,通过水质分析,一号联的水质主要表现为高矿化度、高铁含量、低pH值的特点,前期污水处理剂的应用虽使污水处理有一定的效果,但并未除去污水中铁离子,水质稳定性差。电化学预氧化污水处理技术主要通过电化学设备的预氧化作用和配套药剂除去水中所含的Fe^(2+),标本兼治地解决油田污水的不稳定因素。处理后的污水各项水质指标均有较大提高,污水中铁离子含量下降至0.5 mg/L以下、固体悬浮物平稳控制在3 mg/L以下,且较好地保证了下游注水系统水质的稳定达标。采油一厂自电化学预氧化水质改性技术应用以来,碎屑岩油藏注水系统的水质达标率>90%,配注完成率>90%。
Oilfield wastewater treatment is the key to water injection production. The water quality is mainly characterized by high mineralization, high content iron and low pH value of high salinity. The application of the sewage treatment agent has some effect on the sewage treatment. Iron ions are not removed from sewage, so the water had poor stability. The preoxidation of the electrochemical equipment and the auxiliary agents remove the iron ions in the water to solve the unstable factors of oilfield sewage. The water quality indexes of the treated sewage were improved greatly. The iron ion content in sewage decreased to 0.5 mg/L.Solid suspended solids dropped steadily to 3 mg/L. The stability of the water quality of the downstream injection system is guaranteed. The water quality of the water injection system in clastic reservoir is >90, the completion rate is >90, since the application of electrochemical preoxidation water quality modification technology.
