摘要
针对餐饮业油烟组分复杂、浓度波动大等问题,开展了超重力微乳液吸收处理餐饮业油烟的实验研究,取得了良好效果。实验结果表明:废气中油烟浓度为10.5~15.2 mg/m^3,在超重力因子为187~250、进气量为6~8 m^3/h、液气比为1.5~2.0 L/m^3的条件下,微乳液对油烟吸收率最高可达93%,处理装置出口废气中油烟浓度<1.0 mg/m^3,满足国家排放标准要求(<2.0 mg/m^3)。
According to the problem on treatment of cooking oil fume such as complex compound and concentration fluctuation, experimental research of cooking oil fume by micro-emulsion adsorption on the condition of hyper-gravity was accomplished. The result showed that when concentration of cooking oil fume was from 10.5 mg/m^3 to 15.2 mg/m^3, the max adsorption ratio of micro-emulsion to cooking oil fume could be 93 % on the condition of hyper-gravity factor 187~250,waste gas inlet 6~8 m^3/h, ratio of liquid to gas 1.5~2.0 L/m^3. Concentration of cooking oil fume in outlet was less than 1.0 mg/m^3, so national standard(less than 2.0 mg/m^3) could be fully met.
