摘要
吲哚是常用的化工原料,高纯吲哚可用于食用香料等高端领域,其制备方法一直是国内外科研人员的研发对象。高纯吲哚纯度要求高,本实验研究了高纯吲哚制备工艺。通过比较有机溶剂重结晶、甲醇-水重结晶、水蒸气蒸馏法和化学法制备高纯吲哚发现:化学法将粗品吲哚与NaHSO_3反应制备2-磺酸钠吲哚啉,经无水甲醇除杂后碱解制备的产品收率高(97.5%)、纯度好(99.7%)、损失少,最宜用于制备高纯吲哚。
Indole is a commonly used chemical material. High purity can be used in high-end fields such as food spices. Its preparation method has always been the research and development object of researchers all over the world. In this study;we studied a kind of the purification method of Indole. Comparing the four purification methods which are re-crystallization by using the organic solvent or the methanol-water system, the water vapor distillation method and the chemical method, the chemical method is the best mean to producing high purity Indole. The chemical method is first obtained Sodium Indoline-2-Sulfonate by synthesizing from Indole and NaHSO3, then impurity by methanol, and hydrolyzed to high purity Indole. Its the optimal method which got the best yield(97.5 %), the highest purity(99.7 %), and the least loss of the product.
