摘要 从废水水质特性、处理工艺分析、设计参数及经济分析等方面,介绍了某机械加工厂的废水处理工程。工程实践表明,选用"水解酸化池+好氧池+MBR工艺"作为本项目好氧处理工艺,用化学法,选择成本低、操作容易且安全性高的亚硫酸氢钠作为还原剂,可有效处理含铬废水,采用酸性氧化+钙盐沉淀法的二级预处理工艺可有效处理化学镀镍废水,采用电解处理法可有效处理含铜废水[1],采用离子交换处理法可有效处理钾盐镀锌废水,采用化学沉淀法可有效处理化学锡废水,项目生产过程中产生的废水经电镀废水处理系统处理后,六价铬、总铬、总镍、总锌、总铜、总锡等污染物的浓度及单位产品排水量均可以满足《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB21900-2008)的要求,其余污染物的浓度可以满足《污水排入城镇下水道水质标准》(CJ343-2010)的要求。 The wastewater treatment project of a mechanical processing plant is introduced from the aspects of wastewater quality characteristics, treatment process analysis, design parameters and operation cost. Engineering practice shows that 'hydrolysis acidification tank + aerobic tank + MBR process' is selected as the aerobic treatment process of this project, and sodium bisulfite with low cost, easy operation and high safety is selected as reducing agent by chemical method.Chromium-containing wastewater can be effectively treated by secondary pretreatment process of acidic oxidation + calcium salt precipitation. Electrolytic treatment method is adopted to treat electroless nickel plating wastewater. It can effectively treat copper-containing wastewater, ion exchange treatment can effectively treat potassium salt galvanizing wastewater, chemical precipitation method can effectively treat chemical tin wastewater. The wastewater produced in the project production process can be treated by electroplating wastewater treatment system. The concentration of pollutants such as hexavalent chromium, total chromium, total nickel, total zinc, total copper and total tin and the drainage per unit product can meet the requirements of 'Electroplating Pollution'. The requirements of the Dye Discharge Standard(GB21900-2008) and the concentration of other pollutants can meet the requirements of the Water Quality Standard for Sewage Discharge into Urban Sewerage(CJ343-2010).
