摘要 某缫丝企业生产废水产生量为580 m^3/d,其中缫丝和煮茧废水500 m^3/d,汰头废水60 m^3/d,生活废水20 m^3/d。本工程设计先将汰头废水用气浮、水解酸化、UASB单独处理后,与其它废水混合后用SBR处理。通过运行表明,经过本工艺处理后,出水稳定达到《缫丝工业水污染物排放标准》(GB28936-2012)表1要求,在类似缫丝废水处理工程设计中具有借鉴价值。 A 580 m^3/d of wastewater was produced by a certain enterprise of reeling. Among them, the reeling and cocoon cooking wastewater, jig wastewater and domestic wastewater is 500 m^3/d, 60 m^3/d and 20 m^3/d.In this engineering design,the jig wastewater was treated by air flotation,hydrolysis acidification and UASB separately,and further treated by SBR after mixing with other wastewater.The results showed that the quality of the treaterd water met the requirements of Table 1 of the Water Pollutant Discharge Standard for Silk Reeling Industry(GB28936-2012).This study provided a reference value for similar engineering design in treatment of reeling wastewater.
