某城市生活垃圾填埋场渗滤液处理工程实例 被引量:8

摘要 城市生活垃圾渗滤液具有高有机物浓度,高氨氮,难生物降解的特性。通过实例阐述了"预处理-膜生物反应器(MBR)-纳滤(NF)-反渗透(RO)"组合工艺在城市生活垃圾渗滤液处理中的应用。实际运行结果表明,在进水BOD5、CODcr、SS、氨氮、总氮浓度分别为10000、20000、600、1500、2000 mg/L时,各项出水指标均达到《生活垃圾填埋场污染控制标准》(GB 16889-2008)表2标准的要求。 The leachate of Municipal Solid Waste is known for its high organic matter concentration, high ammonia nitrogen concentration and low bio-degradation rate. The application of the combined process of 'pretreatment-membrane bio-reactor(MBR)-nanofiltration(NF)-reverse osmosis(RO) in the treatment of municipal solid waste leachate was illustrated by an example. The actual operation results show that when the influent concentration of BOD5, CODcr,SS, ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen are 10000, 20000, 600, 1500 and 2000 mg/L respectively, the effluent can meet the requirements of Table 2 of the Standard for Pollution Control on the Landfill site of municipal solid waste.(GB 16889-2008).
