摘要
原油残炭值不仅可以反映原油的结焦倾向,还能反映原油在加工过程中的产品分布比率和加工损失,可用于指导原油的加工。GB/T18610.2-2016《原油残炭的测定第2部分:微量法》适用于水含量(质量分数)不大于0.5%,残炭值(质量分数)为0.01%~30.0%的原油。本文介绍采用GB/T 18610.2-2016第2部分微量法测定原油残炭不确定度,选取某重质原油作为实验样品,从试验过程分析了不确定度的来源,计算其合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。当试样的残炭值为4.454%时,其扩展不确定度为0.134%(k=2)。
The carbon residue value of crude oil can reflect the coking tendency, but also reflect crude oil product distribution ratio and processing loss during processing, and can be used to guide the processing of crude oil. GB/T18610.2-2016《Crude-Determination of carbon residue-Part 2:Micro method》 is applicable to crude oil that water content(mass fraction) is not more than 0.5 %, carbon residue value(mass fraction) is between 0.01 %~30.0 %. This article describes GB/T18610.2-2016 Part 2: Micro method to determine the uncertainty of carbon residue value. Selected a Heavy crude oil as sample,the sources of uncertainty were evaluated from the experimental principle. Calculated each uncertainty and expanded uncertainty. When the carbon residue value of Crude oil is 4.454 %, the expanded uncertainty is 0.134 %(k=2).
