摘要
采用宝德BDFIA-8000型全自动流动注射分析仪测定水中的硫化物和挥发酚。结果表明硫化物标准曲线在0.01~2.0mg/L范围内线性良好,挥发酚标准曲线在0.001~0.200 mg/L范围内线性良好,硫化物和挥发酚检出限分别为0.6μg/L和0.2μg/L,精密度RSD小于2%,准确度小于±3%,平均回收率为103%和104%。结论:该方法线性良好,检出限低,精密度和准确度高,能有效提高分析效率。
A method for the determination of sulfide and volatile phenol in water by flow injection spectrophotometry was established. The results showed that the standard curve of sulfide showed good linearity in the range of 0.01~2.0 mg/L and the standard curve of volatile phenol showed good linearity in the range of0.001~0.200 mg/L. The detection limits of sulfide and volatile phenol were 0.6 μg/L and 0.2 μg/L, respectively. The precision of RSD was less than 2 %. The accuracy was less than ±3 %. The average of recovery was 103 % and 104 %. Conclusion:the method had good linearity and low detection limit,its precision and accuracy were high, it was effectively improve the analysis efficiency.
