Several Strategies on the Culture of Medical Students' Ability of Scientific Research and Innovation

随着21世纪医学生物信息化大数据的来临,前沿科研创新成果转化的高新技术在临床中应用越来越广泛。为了医学生能够更好的适应现代医学市场,大力提高医学生的科研创新能力势在必行。本文针对医学生的科研创新能力的培养现状,从创新意识、科研观、培养制度、平台搭建、教学方法等方面探讨提高医学生科研创新能力的几点策略。

With the coming of big data in medical informatization in the 21 st century, innovative and high technologies which were transformed by scientific researches and innovation achievements have been applied more and more widely in clinical practice. To adapt to the modern medical market variation, it is imperative to improve medical students’ ability of scientific research and innovation. In view of the current situation of the cultivation of medical students’ scientific research and innovation ability, this paper discusses the strategies to improve the medical students’ ability of scientific research and innovation from the aspects of innovative consciousness, scientific research concept, training system, platform construction and teaching methods.
