以阳江职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业为研究对象,对专业课教学和参加相关职业技能竞赛中遇到的实际困难进行分析,尝试课程教学与职业技能竞赛相结合的改革模式,探索提升教学效果和人才培养质量的方法和路径。
