摘要
以阳江职业技术学院食品营养与检测专业为研究对象,对专业课教学和参加相关职业技能竞赛中遇到的实际困难进行分析,尝试课程教学与职业技能竞赛相结合的改革模式,探索提升教学效果和人才培养质量的方法和路径。
Take Students majoring in Food Nutrition and Testing of Yangjiang Polytechnic as the object of study, to analyze the practical difficulties encountered in the daily teaching of food biochemistry, food analysis and testing technology and in participating in relevant vocational skill competitions, then try the reform mode of combining course teaching with vocational skill competition, explore the methods and paths to improve the teaching effect and the quality of talent training.
