摘要
教师培训者队伍是教师培训课程取得成效的关键,但当前的教师培训者却在"对教师学习客体的科学认知、对培训教师的深度剖析、对培训课程与活动组织方式的研究"等方面有失专业性,本文结合区域实践对教师培训者如何分析与引领教师培训需求、服务与指导教师学习进行了深度的阐释,并对复合型培训者团队的运作机制进行了阐述。
The teacher trainers are the key to effective teacher trainingcurriculum,but the current teachers trainers show lack of professionalism on 'the scientific cognition of teacher learning object,the depth profiling of training teachers,the study of training courses and activity organization'.In the paper,some regional experience were given,such as'how to analyze and lead teachers' learning needs,how to guide and service teachers' learning,the operation mechanism of compositeteacher trainers'.
