Carrying out Rural Community Education and Helping Rural Migrant Workers to Step out of the Misunderstandings of Entrepreneurship

在国家和省市县各级政府大力倡导"大众创业、万众创新"的背景下,农民工纷纷选择放弃城市的工作,回到家乡实现自己的创业梦想,但他们在创业开端还存在一些认识误区,这些误区成为创业路上很大的障碍。这些误区主要包括目标定得太高、盲目选择创业项目、对创业风险认识不够,而农村社区教育对返乡农民工走出创业误区有很大的帮助,并就此问题提出了一些应对策略。

In the background of all governments from national,provincial to municipal levels strongly advocating'public entrep reneurship,innovation and peoples',migrant workers have chosen to give up the work in city and return to their hometownto realize their entrepreneurial dreams.However,they have some misunderstandings at the beginning of entrepreneurship,and these errors will become a great obstacle to the road to entrepreneurship.This paper clarifies these errors that mainly includes the too-high target setting,the blind choice of business projects,and insufficient understanding of entrepreneurial risks.Community education offers agreat help to guide farmers to avoid misunderstandings of entrepreneurship and provides a number of resolving strategies.
