PTEN和Livin在宫颈癌中的表达及与淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的研究抑癌基因PTEN和凋亡抑制基因Livin在宫颈癌中表达及与淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化法检测68例宫颈癌组织及16例正常宫颈组织中PTEN和Livin蛋白的表达情况。结果宫颈癌组织中,PTEN蛋白阳性表达率显著低于正常宫颈组织的表达(P<0.01),与淋巴结转移呈负相关(P<0.05);Livin蛋白阳性表达率显著高于正常宫颈组织的表达(P<0.01),与淋巴结转移呈正相关(P<0.05);PTEN和Livin蛋白在癌组织中表达呈负相关。结论 PTEN和Livin蛋白表达改变与宫颈癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移密切相关。 Objective To study the expressions of PTEN and Livin in carcinoma of cervix, and the relationship between their expressions and lymph node metastasis. Methods The expressions of PTEN and Livin protein were examined by immunohistochemistry in 68 cases of cervical carcinoma and 16 cases of normal cervical tissue. Results The positive expression rate of PTEN was markedly lower in cervical carcinoma than that in normal cervical tissue(P<0.01), there was a negative correlation between PTEN expression and lymph nodal metastasis(P<0.05). While the positive expression rate of Livin was remarkably higher in cervical carcinoma than that in normal cervical tissue(P<0.01), the expression of Livin was markedly positive correlated with lymph node metastasis(P<0.05). There was significantly negative correlation between the expressions of PTEN and Livin in cervical carcinoma tissue(P<0.05). Conclusion The PTEN and Livin may play important roles in carcinogenesis, development and lymph node metastasis.
