摘要
4×4矩阵阳极微通道板光电倍增管由金属陶瓷管壳、多碱光电阴极、"V"型微通道板和4×4矩阵阳极构成,电子光学系统为双近贴聚焦结构,光谱响应范围为400~900nm,暗电流小于0.5nA,脉冲上升时间小于1ns,最大脉冲线性电流大于10mA,具有位置分辨和多路探测的功能。
The 4×4multi-anode micro-channel plate photomultiplier is constructed with metalceramic tube,multi-alkali photocathode,two stacked micro-channel plates and 4×4multi-anode.The double proximity focused structure is used in its OE system.It features a responding spectrum of 400-900 nm,dark current less than 0.5nA,pulse rising time less than 1ns and pulse linear current larger than 10 mA.Detection of multi channel laser pulse signals is achieved.
