摘要
利用Al/MoO_3作为全反射阳极、Al/LiF作为半透明阴极制备了高性能的Alq_3基顶发射有机发光器件。研究了在金属阴极表面分别生长高折射率的材料Alq_3和MoO_3作为出光耦合层后,对器件性能的影响。经过优化后的器件,其电流效率最大值达到6.43cd/A,并且微腔器件的角度依赖问题也基本得到了解决。这些结果将为制备高性能的顶发射器件提供了新的设计思路。
High-performance top-emitting organic light-emitting diodes(TEOLEDs)using Al/MoO_3 as reflective anode and LiF/Al as semitransparent cathode and Alq_3 as emitter were fabricated.At the same time,the influence of adding Alq_3 and MoO_3 having high refractive index as the out-coupling layer on the device performances was studied respectively.The maximum current efficiency of the optimized device reached 6.43cd/A.Besides,the angular dependence of microcavity OLEDs was almost resolved.We believe that these results can provide new guides for device design of high-performance top-emitting OLEDs.
