摘要
在分析城市轨道交通专用、警用视频监控系统差异化需求的基础上,介绍了专用、警用视频监控系统资源部分共享和完全共享两套建设方案及其特点。对两套方案进行比选,在满足城市轨道交通运营部门和公安部门使用需求的前提下推荐选用完全共享方案。探讨了完全共享视频监控系统建设时需考虑的诸多问题。
Based on an analysis of different demands for urban rail transit dedicated video surveillance system(VSS)and public security VSS,two schemes:the resource sharing and complete sharing,as well as their respective characters are introduced.Two schemes are compared and selected,the complete sharing scheme is recommended in the premise of meeting the demands from metro operation and public security consideration.Finally,problems in the joint construction of two systems for complete sharing are discussed.
