城市轨道交通小件物品快递业务可行性探讨

Feasibility of the Express Service of Small Items in Urban Rail Transit

近年来,城市轨道交通作为一个新兴的城市公共交通系统,在城市公共交通系统中所担负的客运职能越来越重要,同时也不可避免地担负起一部分"随客物流"。此部分"随客物流"一部分是因为乘客乘坐城市轨道交通引起的物品位移,也有一部分是因为需要物品位移而引发的客运需求。以后者为研究基准,介绍了城市轨道交通小件物品快递业务模式,分析了开展城市轨道交通小件物品快递业务的必要性,以及社会效益和经济效益。通过建立城市轨道交通物流管理体系,规范化管理此部分"随客物流",或者可能衍生经济效益。

Urban rail transit is an emerging urban public transit system in recent years,which plays an increasingly important role in passenger transport in public transportation system.Meanwhile,it inevitably undertakes part of the'logistics along with passengers'service.This service is caused partly by items displacement from subway passengers,and partly by the demands of passenger transport from the need of items displacement.By taking the latter as the research target,the express service mode of small items in urban rail transit is introduced,the necessity and the potential benefits,both social and economic are analyzed.It is hopeful that the establishement of urban rail transit logistics management system will standardize the management of the 'logistics along with passengers'and considerable economic benefits.
