摘要
本文介绍一种在冲天炉熔化过程中进行微机控制的基本原理和控制程序,并对比了控制前后的实际效果。结果证明,对冲天炉熔化过程进行微机控制,可提高铁水的平均温度20℃左右。
The aulhor describes the fundametal principle and programme of a microcomputer controlling the melting process in a cupola.The results of the test are compared with the original.It has been proved that the average temperature of the molten iron can be increased by about 20℃ after microcomputer controlled the melting process in a cupola.
