摘要
本文介绍我厂研制的RW40钢结硬质合金材料通过不同热处理工艺处理后,得到不同的组织和性能,为用户提供热处理工艺依据。并用在铝合金热挤压模具中获得较好的经济效果。
In this article the author described that various microstructures and properties of steel-bonded carbide RW40 materials can be obtained by differnt heat-treatment processes.The users may select a appropriate process to satisfy their requirements.Good economical benefit has been obtained by using RW40 as a hot extrusion die for Al-alloy.
