A DISCUSSION ABOUT THE METHODS OF FUNCTION APPRAISAL IN VAIUE ENGINEERING

本文根据价值工程的原理,分析了目前各种功能评价的方法,阐述用功能系数法进行功能评价的弊病,指出应用基点系数法进行功能评价的前提,分析了以功能重要程度对功能进行评分的缺点,论述以实现功能的困难程度对功能进行评分的必要性.

According to the principle of value engineering,the author analysed the various methods for evaluating the function at present; expounded the defects due to evaluating a function by function coefficient; pointed out the prerequisite for evaluating a function with a basic point coefficient method; analysed the defects resulting fron giving the function a mark according to the degree of importance and described the necessity to give the function a mark according to the degree of difficulty in fulfilling the function.
