摘要
用氧——乙炔火焰将相对厚度为t0/D=0.05~0.08的管坯局部加热,采用单旋轮两步法——先封底、后成形——多道次缩旋工艺,成功地将管坯一端封底并成形。在保证零件外形轮廓尺寸的条件下,封底端部的壁厚是管坯原始壁厚的三倍以上。在进行工艺研究的同时,还进行了该工艺的金属变形分析和力学解析。
Locally heated by an oxyacetylene torch,a pipe billet with a laretive thickness t。/D= 0.05-0.08 was successfully worked into shape with an enclosed bottom.The technology employed is of multi-pass decrement spinning,and consists of two operations-enclosing the bottom and the formation of the bottom.This technology can ensure the overall dimension of a workpiece and its bottom be thickened more than three times as against that of the original.In this paper,not only the research on the technology introduced,but also the deformation anaylsis and mechanical analysis are discussed.
