我院师资队伍现状及对策

THE SITUATION OF TEACHING STAFF IN OUR COLLEGE AND THE METHOD TO IMPROVE

本文结合科技人才创造力最佳年龄情况,通过分析我院教师的年龄、专业职务和学历结构的现状,为尽早制定我院教师队伍的建设规划提供了依据,最后提出了解决目前存在主要问题的方案和设想。

With the view of optimal age for science and technology personnel to play their creative ability,the author analysed the present situation in respects of age,professional post and record of formal schooling of the teaching staff in our college,the result may be regarded as a scientific basis to work out a plan to improve.A project and some ways to resolve the main problems existing now in our college are put forward finally.
