摘要
以弹一塑性弯曲变形为模式,首次对'二步法'封头旋压成形时残余应力的性质和分布进行了理论分析,并作了近似计算,其结果与实测基本相符。结果表明封头外壁的残余应力为压应力,封头内壁的残余应力为拉应力,其平均值低于该材料屈服应力值的10%,这对封头的使用安全没有多大的影响.
Basing upon the model of elastic-plastic bending deformation the characteristic and distribution of remanent stress induced in the container head by spinning of 'two-step method' are analysed theoretically and calculated approximately,the results are basically correspondent to what had been obtained from tests and show that the remanent stress in the outer wall of the container-head is in compression and that in the inner wall is in thesion,Their mean value is lower than 10% of the yield stress of the material,so that there is no severe influence on safety usage of the container-head
