摘要
金属空心件缩平口成形工艺在机械制造业和日用工业中得到日益广泛的应用。本文以缩平口一次成形工艺及模具结构为主要研究对象,重点论述缩口变形区受力情况和空心坯料筒壁最佳坡口的选择,以及防止坯料在变形过程中起皱失稳等。这对于进一步发展缩平口一次成形工艺及模具结构设计具有重要意义。
The technique to form a flat-mouth ( generally a circular opening ) of metal hollow piece by once-through shrinking is applied widely day by day in mechanical manufacturing and daily product industry. In this paper,the forming technique above-mentioned and its die structure are regarded as the main research objects,moreover,some problemssuch as stressed condition of deformed area,selecting of a most suitable beveling angle for tube wall of metal hollow piece and preventing from unstability caused by wrinkle due to shrinkage during forming process are discussed emphatically. All these are important in taking further steps to develop the technique and its die design in forming flat-mouth by once-through shrinking.
