A NEW TYPE OF FAST-ACTING ON-OFF VALVE

快速开关阀是一种新型液压控制元件,可应用于快速液压系统及PWM电液控制系统。本文分析了开关阀工作的动态过程,讨论了提高阀快速性的途径。在此基础上设计并制造了一种流量大、压力损失小、响应时间快的新型快速开关阀。该阀无需先导,可直接用于液压控制系统,有着良好的应用前景。

Fast acting on-off valves are new hydraulic control elements and can be used in fast acting hydraulic systems and PWM electrohydraulic control systems. Analysing working process of on-off valves,this paper discusses the approaches to increase the response speed of the valves.According to the analysis a new type of fast on-off valves has been designed and made. Its response time is less than 5 ms with 20 1/min flow rate and 16 MPa controlled pressure.It can be directly used in hydraulic control systems without pilot.
