摘要
本文对瓦楞纸板生产线的机械飞剪装置进行了运动学与动力学分析,并针对机械飞剪装置存在的缺点,提出了几种可行的电气改造方案。理论分析与生产实践的结果,证明了微机飞剪控制系统具有剪切精度高、使用效果好等一系列优点。
The kinematics and the dynamics of mechanical tool device for cutting corrugated board is analysed in this paper.Several improving designs by electric units are presented to avoiol the shortages of the mechanical tool device.Theoretical analysis and productive test results show that the electric devices controlled by microcomputer have advantages of higher cutting accuracy and longer operation life.
