摘要
本文介绍了以Z-80微处理器为主体的SRD控制器的软、硬件设计,它应用了锁相环技术同时实现对电机的转速及位置的检测,使系统得到简化;采用了一种比较器与微处理器配合实现的PI调节方法,能在占用较少数据线的情况下使稳态误差达到最小;在低速时同时实现了对开关磁阻电动机的电流斩波控制和导通位置的控制,使控制更加灵活。该控制器在实验室对一台7.5kw的SRM进行了实验,实验结果表明该控制系统具有稳定性好,抗扰动能力强,静态误差小,低速运行时不会出现振荡等特点。
This paper introduces the design of the softwares and hardwares for a switched reluctance motor drive controller using z—80 microprocessor as its nucleus.By use of the phase—locked loop (PLL)technology the speed and position of the motor are measured sinultaneously,which simplifies the system with a type of PI regurator in which comparator and microprocessor are matched minimal stable errors can be obtained and less data line is required.Since both the curent chopping control and switching position control are made by the microprocessor in low speed,the control becomes more flexible.This controller employing a 7.5kw switched reluctance motor has been tested in the laboratory.The experimented results has shown that the controller has high stability, strong anticlutter ability,small stable error and the characteristic of oscillation under low speed does not appear.
