计算机控制的房间空调器性能试验系统

A COMPUTER CONTROLLED PERFORMANE TEST SYSTEM OF A ROOM AIR CONDITIONER

按国际标准ISOR859及我国国家标准GB7725-87的要求,房间空调器制冷量应该采用房间量热计来测量。本文主要论述:热量计主系统;热量计测量控制系统等。整套系统经调试运行及使用,证明其测量精度高,运行可靠,完全符合国家级检测中心对房间空调器的质量认证检测,监督抽查及进出口许可证发放检测等任务的要求。

According to International standard ISOR859 and Natioal Standard GB 7725—87;the refrigerating capacity must be measured with a room thermal meter.In this paper,the main system and measuring control system of the thermal meter are discussed.The whole system has been adjusted and put into operation,it runs reliably with high measuring precision and completely conforms to the requirements of the Quality Authentication Test,The Supervision and Selectve Examination and the Import and Export Licence Delivery Test upon the room air conditioner,which are formulated by National Test Center.
