摘要
本文提出了心血管循环系统动力学的非线性动态模拟电路模型,探讨用状态空间方法和计算机数字仿真技术对心血管系统的循环过程进行仿真。文章还分别对高血压、血管弹性降低、粘弹性损失增大、主动脉瓣狭窄、二尖瓣狭窄、内主动脉反膊、主动脉瓣反流和二尖瓣反流等病态的主动脉压力、左心室压力、左心室血容量及主动脉血流率的变化规律进行仿真,得出了主要的特征数据和波形曲线。
This paper provide a nonlinear electrical analog model to simulate the dynamics of cardiovascular circulation system.Analysis and simulation of the analog model based on a statespace method are described.It is shown that the computer simulation accurately predicts the cardiovascular dynamics under various condition including hypertension,low vascular capacitance, high viscoelastic loss,valvular stenosis,intraaortic balloon pumping,aortic regurgitation, and mitral regurgitation.
