摘要 工匠精神在本质上是一种职业精神。当前高职院校在培养学生工匠精神的教育和建设方面存在着各种问题。根据问题来深度解剖高职院校培养学生工匠精神培养目标、教育内容、实践操作路线与教育环境等多方面的内容,提出把行业和企业的因素渗透到课堂涵养工匠精神的教育实践路径,把行业文化、企业文化与校园文化有机结合的'三元文化'为核心,营造集教育链、就业链与产业链为一体的生态运营,学校和企业共同培养具有工匠精神的人才。 Craftsmanship spirit in effect is a a kind of professional spirit.However,issues exist in the process of developing students’craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges.Through in-depth analysis of the education objectives,educational content,practical operation route and education environment in the cultivation of students’craftsmanship spirit in higher vocational colleges,this paper puts forward the concept of three-dimensional culture which combines the industrial culture,enterprise culture and campus culture as the core.This concept can be integrated into education and teaching in higher vocational colleges by permeating industrial and enterprise elements in classroom teaching,thus creating the ecological operation that combines education chain,employment chain and industrial chain.The study provides reference for school-enterprise joint cultivation of talents with craftsmanship spirit.
