摘要
产教融合背景下,高校创新创业教育存在办学理念尚未确立、产教融合要素缺乏以及师资力量匮乏等问题。对此,高校创新创业教育可根据背景评价、输入评价、过程评价和成果评价4个要素共同组成的CIPP教育评价体系模型,对应构建出包括创业环境、创业资源、教育过程和创业成效4个一级指标、12个二级指标和60个观测点的评价体系,突破性解决创新创业教育发展方向问题,促进产教融合和创新创业教育双赢发展。
At present,there are still some problems in the innovation and entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities such as the concept of integration of industry-education having not yet been established,and the lack of essential elements and teaching staff of integration of industry-education.To address these issues,the CIPP education evaluation system model is constructed including four evaluation elements:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and product evaluation.Correspondingly,four first-level indicators are developed including entrepreneurship environment,entrepreneurship resources,education process and entrepreneurship effectiveness.12 second-level indicators and 60 observation points are also developed in this system with an aim to improve industry-education integration and development of innovation and entrepreneurship education.
