摘要
本科毕业生就业形势日趋严峻,研究其影响因素可以有针对性地及时地为本科毕业生提供积极的就业指导,从而提高就业率。以会计学专业毕业生为调查对象,采用Logit模型从五个方面分析影响就业的因素。结果显示:在0.1显著水平下,毕业生的性别、是否为党员、是否参加就业指导、有无学生干部经历四个因素对就业机率具有显著影响,在此基础上进一步分析产生影响的原因,并基于毕业生个人、学校和社会就业环境等层面提出对策建议。
The situation of graduate employment is becoming increasingly serious,studying the influencing factors can provide timely and pertinent instruction for college graduates,hence increasing employment rate. This article uses Logit model to analyze factors that influence employment rate from five aspects based on the survey on accounting major graduates. The results show that four elements: under 0. 1 significant level,the gender of graduates,whether or not being the party members,whether or not participated employment instruction and whether or not being a student cadre have significant influences on employment rate. Based on this,the article further analyzes the root of the influence and makes related suggestion from different aspects such as graduates,college,and social environment.
