摘要
研究生班级是规模化条件下研究生教育管理的基本单位。通过分析目前已有的研究生班级建设模式的特点,结合山东农业大学农学院实际,根据专业特点、延期毕业生情况,提出班级建设的新模式。这种新型班级建设模式对加强研究生思想政治教育工作,提高研究生管理水平,具有广泛的实践意义。
Postgraduate class is the basic unit of postgraduate education and management under the condition of ceaselessly enlarging scale of postgraduate students. By analyzing the characteristics of the current postgraduate class construction mode,combined with the professional characteristics of postgraduate students and deferred postgraduate situation in Agricultural College of Shandong Agricultural University,we put forward the new class construction mode. This new class construction mode has a wide range of practical significance to strengthen the ideological and political education and improve the management level of postgraduate students.
