未来新型职业农民培育的需求与方向分析——基于我国新型职业农民培训需求调查

Analysis on the Demand and Direction of the Cultivation of New Type of Professional Farmers in the Future——Based on the Survey of the Training Needs of New Professional Farmers in China

自2012年以来,新型职业农民培育工程有序开展。当前,我国正处于从传统农业向现代农业转变的关键阶段,新型职业农民在培训中的需求已随着时代的发展发生了一些变化,出现新的特征。通过对全国新型职业农民培育对象的调研,重点对青年农民、高素质和高收入农民等新型职业农民的培育需求进行分析,找出其需求的特点与规律,并有针对性地提出相应的对策:关注重点对象,有效开展重点培育工程;针对农民需求,灵活安排培训内容、时间与形式;分地区、分类别开展农业生产经营培训;加强政策法规培训和创业培训。

Since 2012,the new professional farmers' cultivation project has been carried out in an orderly manner. At present,China is in a critical stage of transition from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. The demand for new professional farmers in training has changed with the development of the times,and new features have emerged. This paper analyzes the cultivation needs of young farmers,high-quality and high-income farmers,and analyzes the needs of young farmers,such as young farmers,high-quality and high-income farmers,and finds out the characteristics and laws of their needs,and proposes correspondingly Countermeasures and suggestions,in order to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the new professional farmers' cultivation project,and promote the development of farmers' professionalization and agricultural modernization.
