摘要
为了探讨省域普通高校学科建设发展不同阶段的有效管理模式,分析了省域普通高校学科建设发展历程不同阶段的特征,提出了省域高校学科建设存在萌芽阶段、启动阶段、初级阶段和常规发展四个阶段。学科建设的每个发展阶段具有与高水平研究型大学迥然不同的独特学术环境和管理特征,应当由与之相适应的不同发展理念所指导,不应机械照搬高水平研究型大学的学科建设管理模式,才能保证学科建设工作的正常开展,有效促进学科建设的发展,为省域普通高校学科建设建立高效的管理模式奠定思想基础。
In order to study the effective management mode of discipline construction during different development phases in provincial general universities,the feature of different development phases in discipline construction was analyzed. The infancy phase,startup phase,initial phase and conventional development phase were put forward. Each development phase had totally different academic environment and management feature from that of high-level research universities. Accordingly,a different idea of development was supposed to guide the discipline construction in provincial general universities instead of following management mode of discipline construction in high-level research universities mechanically. Thus,the discipline construction will be ensured to develop smoothly,the development of discipline construction will be effectively promoted and the ideological basis could be made to established the efficient discipline construction in provincial general universities.
