Leading Agricultural Universities to Create First-Class Undergraduate Education with Xi Jinping's Educational Thoughts

教育思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的重要组成部分,习近平总书记在全国教育大会上的重要讲话中将新时代教育改革发展的新理念、新思想、新观点凝练为"九个坚持",为新时代教育改革发展提供了根本遵循。农业高校要以习近平教育思想为引领,深刻把握领会习近平总书记关于教育思想的科学内涵和精神实质,坚持社会主义办学方向,把立德树人作为高校人才培养的根本任务,围绕"以本为本"落实本科教育中心地位,坚持四个理念:突出顶层设计引导的理念;树立办学教师为本的理念;坚持服务学生终身发展的理念;强化与服务社会紧密融合的理念。农业高校要以深入推进内涵发展为着力点,注重专业教育与思政教育融合、学科建设与本科教学融合、理论知识学习与实践技能创新能力培养融合。构建三大保障机制:以评价机制改革为核心,确保教师全身心投入本科教学;以优化管理服务为支撑,营造良好的教学育人软环境;以教学条件建设为基础,不断提升本科教育硬件环境。创建具有农业高校特色的一流本科教育。

Educational thought is an important part of Xi Jinping’ s socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era. General Secretary Xi Jinping condensed the new ideas,new ideas and new ideas of the new era of education reform and development into 'nine persistences'in his important speech at the National Education Conference. It provides a fundamental follow-up for the reform and development of education in the new era. Agricultural colleges and universities should take Xi Jinping’s educational thoughts as the guide,profoundly grasp the scientific connotation and spiritual essence of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s educational thoughts,adhere to the direction of socialist education,and regard the cultivation people as the fundamental task in colleges and universities. This 'implements the status of the undergraduate education center,adheres to four concepts:highlights the concept of top-level design guidance;establishes the concept of running a school-based teacher;adheres to the concept of serving students’ lifelong development;and strengthens the concept of close integration with the service society. Agricultural colleges should focus on the promotion of connotation development,the integration of professional education and ideological and political education,the integration of discipline construction and undergraduate teaching,the combination of theoretical knowledge learning and practical skills innovation. Constructing three major guarantee mechanisms:taking the reform mechanism as the core,ensuring that teachers are fully committed to undergraduate teaching;supporting the management services as a support,creating a good teaching and educating soft environment;basing on the construction of teaching conditions,continuously improving the hardware environment of undergraduate education and creat a first-class undergraduate education with the characteristics of agricultural universities.
